California Deposition Reporters will describe the court reporters' and attorneys' ethical and judiciary responsibilities during and after a deposition. This presentation provides a comprehensive look at:

A) Ethical scenarios attorneys face and how the reporter is required to handle them

B) Reporters judiciary responsibility

C) Brief touch on Federal and State requirements and California deposition differences

There will also be a California certified reporter on hand to demonstrate their hardware, hookups and give a birds eye view on how they operate during a deposition or trial.

This presentation will be made by Jamie Kirk who has been in the court reporting industry for 14 years and currently serves as President of California Deposition Reporters, overseeing daily operations and business development. Jamie credits his success in the industry to the talented individuals he works with, and the law firms, companies and public entities that have put their faith in California Deposition Reporters.
