This presentation will take a sample case that can be seen in most any area of law that involves electronically stored information (ESI) today, for both Federal and State matters.  A sample RFP (Request for Production) sent by an opposing counsel will be discussed, including the different terms, definitions, and implications of the request. After discussing the RFP for a specific set of collected data, the presentation will describe three sample workflows that are commonly used by sophisticated law firms for early analysis and culling in preparation for review.

The presenter, Alex Marjanovic, is a Regional Director for Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), a national provider of electronic discovery services. He has had extensive experience with electronic and paper-based discovery and related litigation production/discovery matters over the past ten years.  Alex and his team of Litigation Consultants help in-house and outside counsel streamline their document reviews and productions by guiding them through efficient and cost effective electronic discovery technologies and methodologies.
