The Riverside Superior Court has implemented various changes to take effect on July 1, 2009. These changes include charging a fee to view and download court documents via the Internet. Click here for the court's announcement.

CAPA's 21st Annual Educational Conference
For Immediate Release
(SAN LEANDRO, CA) - The California Alliance of Paralegal Associations (CAPA) announces that their Annual Education Conference will be held aboard the Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA, on June 27, 2009. CAPA is a statewide alliance of the 14 member paralegal associations throughout California that represent the traditional paralegal working under the supervision of a member of the California State Bar.
The Conference offers continuing legal education for paralegals and attorneys including ethics education, and the classes are approved by the California State Bar for continuing legal education. A President’s Reception aboard the Queen Mary will be held on the Friday evening preceding the Conference and everyone is invited to attend. The Orange County Paralegal Association will host California Alliance of Paralegal Associations' Educational Conference on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California.
